Approve Your Artwork: Within 48 hours, we'll fax/email design and quote for your approval. No charge or obligation - we're here to help! Approve artwork and you're done.

WHAT CAN I HAVE PRINTED ON THE WATCHES?

Absolutely anything! You choose your background and logo colors on ANY watch. Please keep in mind that a watch face is quite small and that too much logo/text may look awkward. But as you can see from some of the watch designs on this web site, we can design your watch to accommodate many things.

HOW DO I HANDLE PAYMENT?
After your order is shipped, we will mail you a bill. Our payment terms are net 10 days (net 30 days with purchase order). We accept checks, money orders and most major credit cards. In some instances or for first time orders, payment or purchase order may be required prior to shipping.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
For our Exclusive Collection, Professional Collection, Specialty Collection, and Economy Collection the minimum order is 6 watches. For our Royal Collection, the minimum order is 3 watches. To meet the minimum order requirement, your order quantity may consist of any combination of men's and ladies sizes.

For our Custom Plaques, the minimum order is 6 plaques.

For our Championship Rings, minimum order is 12 rings.

For Gift Sets without Watches (B and C), minimum order is 6.

For individually purchased Gift Set Items, minimum order is 25 (items may be combined).

HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY? 
Delivery time for watches is approximately 4-5 weeks depending on time of the year. For rings, delivery time is approximately 8-12 weeks. Plaques will ship within 10 working days of artwork confirmation. Be sure to order early for holiday and banquet delivery. See Rush Service for quick delivery info.

Rush Service prioritizes your watch order for a $50 fee. Production time is approximately 10-14 business days (not applicable to Medallion Logo watch orders). Express shipping charges may apply. If you need delivery in less than 10 days, please call us. Please call us for rush service inquiries on clocks, plaques and rings.

ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS INVOLVED?
All orders are subject to a $50 set-up fee. When reordering, a $30 change of design fee will apply if any changes are made to the original design or style. Customers are also responsible for shipping charges. If you are using our Rush Service, a $50.00 charge will apply.

WHAT ABOUT MEN'S AND LADIES SIZES?

Most SMi watches are available in men's and ladies sizes. You may combine both sizes to reach your final order quantity. Ordering both sizes will not increase your cost.
