Artwork Fees & Acceptable Artwork Formats
All watch & clock orders are subject to a one time $50 set-up fee. When reordering, a $30 change of design fee will apply if any changes are made to the original style, logo or colors. Digital files may be sent on disk or E-mailed to artwork@smiawards.com. Preferred digital file formats include .cdr (version 9 or earlier), freehand (version 10 or earlier), .ai or .eps (mac or pc on all), but we also accept .jpg, .tif, .gif, .doc.

Delivery Time
Delivery time for watch & clock orders is approximately 4-5 weeks depending on time of the year. Plaque orders ship within 10 working days of artwork approval. Championship ring orders are approximately 8-12 weeks. Be sure to order early for holiday and banquet delivery. See Rush Service for quick delivery info.

Men's and Ladies Sizes
Most SMi Watches are available in men's and ladies sizes. You may combine both sizes to reach your final order quantity. Ordering both sizes will NOT increase your cost.

Rush Service
Rush Service prioritizes your watch order for a $50 fee. Production time is approximately 10-14 business days (not applicable to Medallion Logo watch orders). Express shipping charges may apply. If you need delivery in less than 10 days, please call us. Please call us for rush service inquiries on clocks, plaques and rings.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping charges. All orders ship via UPS unless otherwise requested.

Bands
Exclusive and Professional Collection watch bands are Padded Genuine Leather with stitched reinforcement. Leather bands are available in alligator or smooth patterns (black or brown). Royal Collection bands are stainless steel with adjustable clasps. Most watches available with Gold or Silver metal expansion bands. See individual watch collections for more details.

Packaging
All SMi Watches come individually packaged. Here's a description of the standard packaging included with each collection:
EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION: Black Gift Pouch.
PROFESSIONAL COLLECTION: Deluxe Gift Box, which is a hinged metal box wrapped in velvet. Available in Burgundy or Black.
ROYAL COLLECTION: Black Classic Gift Box, which is a square hinged metal box wrapped in alligator leatherette.
SPECIALTY COLLECTION: Tin Box Packaging for Hang Time, Hang Time 2, Belt Clip and Tool Time. Pouch packaging for Money Clip. See-thru case for Spirit.

Upgrades
Many upgrade options are available for our watches including medallion logo, laser engraving, certificates, expansion bands and packaging. Click here for more information.

High Quantity Orders / Bid Requests
For quantities of 200 or more watches, please call or E-mail us and we'll prepare a special price quotation. Also, we are happy to comply with your school or company bid requests.
