In order to qualify for our FREE 24 HOUR RUSH SERVICE, your order must meet the following requirements:
DEADLINE: All Rush Center orders must be submitted by 12:00 noon EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received by this time that contain complete and accurate information will ship out the very next business day. Orders submitted after 12:00 noon will be processed the following business day. Please inquire if you have questions about our holiday schedule. Also see “Product Availability” below.
IMPRINT COLOR: All Rush Center orders will have a ONE COLOR imprint (or debossed logo on certain products).
LOGO: Please submit vector files in one of the following formats: .ai, .eps, .cdr or .pdf. If you do not have vector artwork, our artists are happy to assist you. We do not charge for our artwork service, but it may add 1-2 days to your production time if we need to convert your submitted artwork to vector format.
ARTWORK PROOF: We do NOT send artwork proofs for approval for our Rush Center orders. Our design experts will select the appropriate size & location for your logo on every product. If you require a proof for approval, please request under “Special Instructions” on your order form. 24 HOUR service will begin once you have approved your proof.
SHIPPING TIME: Shipping time is not included in the 24 HOUR service. We will ship your order the most economical way in order to meet the “date needed” on your order form.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: 24 HOUR SHIPPING is contingent on product availability. While we make every effort to keep plenty of product in stock, inventory levels do change hourly. If your item is out of stock, we will propose a similar item for your approval. 24 HOUR service will start upon your approval of substitute item.
PAYMENT: 24 HOUR SHIPPING is contingent upon prompt credit card payment of your invoice using our secure online payment center. Shortly after we receive your rush order, we will email you an invoice for credit card payment.
GUARANTEE: Due to unforeseen circumstances such as network disruptions, weather delays, artwork issues, product availability, etc., we cannot guarantee our 24 HOUR rush service. However, we will always utilize our 28 years of experience and resources, making every possible effort for every single customer.
