Logos:
Files may be emailed to your customer service representative or to artwork@smiawards.com. Preferred digital file formats include .cdr (version x6 or earlier), .ai or .eps (mac or pc on all), but we also accept .jpg, .tif, .gif, .doc. If you don’t have artwork or a logo, no problem! We will create something for you.

Roster and Accomplishments Text:
All text for rosters must typed and submitted with correct order of individuals as they appear in photograph. Handwritten lists will not be accepted. Team or player accomplishments must also be typed. Any text for placement on plaques should be sent as a word processing document or in the body of an email.
