Artwork Submission Information
Files may be emailed to your customer service representative or to firstname.lastname@example.org. Preferred digital file formats include .cdr (version x6 or earlier), .ai or .eps (mac or pc on all), but we also accept .jpg, .tif, .gif, .doc. If you don’t have artwork or a logo, no problem! We will create something for you.
Individual photographs may be emailed to your customer service representative or to email@example.com. For bulk images, contact us for our Dropbox log-in information or send us a link to files uploaded to your choice of file sharing service. For best results when printed on the plaques, digital images (jpg or tif) should be 300dpi at actual size.
Roster and Accomplishments Text:
All text for rosters must typed and submitted with correct order of individuals as they appear in photograph. Handwritten lists will not be accepted. Team or player accomplishments must also be typed. Any text for placement on plaques should be sent as a word processing document or in the body of an email.
