Lego City 60035 Arctic Outpost is complete to the best of my knowledge. Adult owned and has been displayed. Set is a little dusty from being displayed. Comes with 3 complete and correct figures. While taking apart I noticed that one of the figures was wrong but I have got all 3 correct figures now. Comes with instruction manual that is in good shape but they do show wear(some creases and some small tears on a few pages). There are waves in the book. Please look at the pictures closely because this is what you are buying.
