Named for the first commercial satellite put into orbit in 1962, these vintage Japanese classic Porro prism bins are in fantastic condition.
Nary a scratch, nor dust or fungus to be found to their lenses or inside these big boys. Really clear sharp views for Birding and Astronomy. These are The Most recommended size for star gazing.
Both the bin and its leather carry/storage case are in great shape. Both come with original leather straps. And the original cardboard box that I covered with plastic wrap to help preserve it is included. The Antique Road Show stresses the importance of original boxes!
Thoroughly cleaned and optically enhanced by blackening prisms and ocular lens doublets! Lubed so it now works smoothly.
