Made this two years ago for the Arizona renaissance fair. This is meant to be worn over a milkmaid style top and a long skirt. Made to my measurements which were 42” bust and 32” waist but since this is laced up you could also wear it if you have measurements a bit smaller or larger. My mannequin is padded with cotton batting to match my personal measurements.
If you purchase I recommend washing on gentle and drying on a gentle low setting.
