Box is open from the top. Upon opening I noticed some manufacturing issues with it's eye.
I contacted Pop Mart right away and they gave me a $10 coupon instead of fixing the issue. In the end I did use the $10 coupon and managed to get Tree Baby again in one go.
Other than that I saw no other manufacturing issues.
