I've had this tent for about a year and used it about 3 times. It truly is an excellent tent. It was everything I asked for. I'm selling this because I've upgraded and no longer use this tent.
Pros:
-Waterproof. I've had this tent in the rain and it has never leaked
- No Bugs. I go rustic camping and many bugs try to get in. I NEVER had any bugs get in. Not one ant despite them all over the outside.
-Screen room. I specifically got the screen room to act as an barrier to prevent bugs getting in. It worked. The screen room is nice to store stuff or maybe just sit in
-this is a pretty large tent yet so easy to set up
Gently used. Comes in bag with all equipment
