Directions for use: sprinkle powder around any areas where clothing fits tight (sock line, waist, bra line, etc.). Apply before activity where chiggers might be present. Reapply every 4 hrs.
When I know I’m going to be somewhere that chiggers will be present I do the following. Before getting dressed I stand in the shower, (somewhere that a mess can easily be cleaned up, and FYI do not vacuum Chigger Guard) and I either put lotion on or spray sunscreen around my ankles, waist and around where bra line hits. I then sprinkle Chigger Guard in my hand and pat it on the areas I mentioned above. You can sprinkle it too. I find it’s less waste when you pay it on over the lotion which helps it stick..
