This is a lot of 5 full boxes of vintage Noesting solid head thumb tacks, and one that is full of desk pins, each in a thumbtack box marked No. 3 (7/16 in.). They were made in Western Germany to Noestings specs and then packed in the good ol USA. And yes, they still come in the original outer carton that once held 10 of these sweet little boxes. Cold War cooperation at its finest.
