Turtle Beach Montego DDL PCI Sound Card - Works great but driver install can be tricky. There are drivers for Windows XP, 7 and Vista available. I had issues however with the Windows 7 drivers where I had to install them twice to get them to work. Nothing wrong with the card, just wanted to point out that the drivers can be a bit tricky. Otherwise, really great sounding card.
Please note there are no drivers (that I can find) for Windows 8 and above, so this sound card may only be used in Windows 7, Vista or XP according to the drivers I was able to find online.
