Ninth edition leather bound hardcover copy of King’s Eclectic Obstetrics by Robert C. Wintermute (The Ohio Valley Company, 1892). Very rare antique female reproductive health / gynecology / obstetrics book. With illustrations. Some soiling to leather wrapped boards, including staining, chipping/peeling and bumped corners. Split binding near hinges and a few places throughout book, though spine is straight and binding remains fairly strong. Hinges appear to have been reinforced. Tanning pages with sparse and mildly discolored areas, mostly around outer edges. Uneven tanning to front endpaper and illustrated sticker of some sort adhered to first page, with some creasing. Faint waviness to outer edges of most pages. See photos for condition.
