5 pack of Bunny ears Cactus cuttings, Opuntia microdasys. The cuttings are 3-5” tall.


-Drought tolerant

-10F -118F low and max.

- tolerant of consistent/ High winds

- can be dryfarmed( I get 2” of rain a year and grow them outdoors in the Mojave desert)

- require little to no irrigation.

- great groundcover

- produces edible fruits, flowers and pads. (You can torch the spines off or put on a grill for the fruit and pads)

- great potential for food crop to farm.


I recycled these mother plants from a garden in Phelan, CA and I planted them on my farm and I forgot about them. Then I came back like a year later and they had proliferated and grown very well with 0 effort on my part. So now I actually water them a bit because I know they are so productive and I have pads to sell. The new pads if you see in the picture are very nice and the recycled stuff I keep as mother plants bc it’s not the nicest for clients.
