This is an antique Noritake Maple Leaf Nippon Roses Plate, likely dating to around 1891 based on the green Nippon Maple Leaf mark.

It features hand-painted roses within gold scrolls, set against a blue background with a floral center design.
The plate is also decorated with gold jewels and gilding, which is noted to be largely intact with minimal wear on the edges.
The Maple Leaf mark indicates it was produced by Morimura Gumi, a Japanese trading company that later became Noritake.
