Overview: Up for sale is this captivating and hauntingly beautiful woodblock print, "Pagoda of Ninnaji Temple in Snow" by Japanese woodblock artist, Nisaburo Ito. It depicts Ninnaji temple in Kyoto. This print is perhaps the best example of Nisaburo's talent. I love the snow-laden trees and the contrast of Ninnaji's dark brown against the white landscape. The print dates to approximately 1950.
