This is in gently used condition. Nylon is NOT fraying, clasp all work, hook is in good shape.
This is good for dogs who pull when walking. The d-ring goes across their chest and the leash hangs from that and helps redirect them. Also prevents any pulling on their neck where they can develope breathing problems at an older age from the windpipe damage.
We used this with out Choclate Lab and it was a lifesaver when we had to leave the house.
