Chief R Russo

I function as the Chief of Police for a city in the Salt Lake City area.   I attend trade shows all over the country and use many vendors, but SMi Awards have held themselves to a bygone era standard of customer service.   They produce officer awards and community outreach items for the department.   Even with short notice they have exceeded my expectations of quality.
